Westby Hall's new Service Bay
Our brand new workshop facility was completed on 20th Jan 2007. The workshop is run by our own highly qualified staff, who can work on all caravans and motorhomes (new and old). We are now able to conduct all types of repairs, diagnosis, and servicing, effectively and efficiently to a very high standard.
Basic prices for a service are:
- single axle: £175
- twin axle: £195

- Gas, water, electrics 12v & 230v,
- Exterior panel & wallboard replacements,
- All types of damp work,
- Chassis work,
- Fitting of extras e.g. Air con, satellite dishes, solar panels, etc.
- Internal refurbishments,
- Cabinet making,
- Welding & fabricating,
- Motor movers,
- Replacement windows
On Site Tyre Service
We have our own tyre machine, allowing us to change tyres on site, at very reasonable prices. This also includes the fitting of tyron bands
In order to facilitate these services we have a purpose built workshop with an hydraulic lift, enabling full access to the underside of your caravan.
Additional faults found procedure
If additional faults are found we will first notify you by telephone to discuss the options available, a written estimate can be provided on request.

Payment Method
You can pay by either cash or cheque. Payment for services to be made on collection or if by post seven days from the receipt of your invoice. By 1st August 2007 we will be able to accept credit and debit cards.
Caravan Care
We will take all reasonable steps to protect the customer’s property.
We always use carpet protectors and on completion the carpet is
vacuumed and any surface where work has taken place are wiped
down. If the exterior requires cleaning due to a repair we will do this,
free of charge.
Commitment
We will endeavour to achieve the highest standards for our customers
at all times, we will service/ repair your caravan in accordance with the
caravan industries code of practise.
All our repairs are carried out by our fully trained staff, using their skill,
care and professional judgement.
We will always give the most accurate estimate we can and will notify
you of any unplanned delays.
Complaints Procedure
In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with our service, there are
complaint forms in the office you can fill out. All complaints will be
taken seriously, and dealt with promptly.
On Completion of a Service
You will be provided with a completed service sheet which you will be
able to keep for your records.
